Who we are

Ben Lawrence trading as Lawrence Plumbing & Gas, across the North West. Contact: B.Lawrencepg@gmail.com, telephone 07866 257762.

What we collect

The quote and booking forms collect your name, phone, email, postcode and job details (and an optional photo on the quote form) so I can reply about your job. Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms and notified to me by email.

Why we use it

On a live site: to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, give a price and keep a record of work. The lawful basis is legitimate interests for answering enquiries, and contract once you ask me to do the work.

Form provider

This preview does not use a form provider. Before go-live, choose a free provider such as Web3Forms or Formspree, set the access key in the build script, and name that provider here.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle the job and meet basic record-keeping needs, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them where I do not need to keep them. Email B.Lawrencepg@gmail.com. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
